33 | What Is Cyclical Living? A Sustainable Approach to Business, Productivity & Growth
===
[00:00:00] Hi, welcome back to the Spiritually Embodied Leader podcast. It is so nice to be here with you. Thank you so much for tuning in. You may or may not be watching this on YouTube where I share the video podcast, but I have a tapestry that I've had for years, and I've been wanting to put it up.
Haven't really found the spot for it, and once I moved into my new home and it just dawned on me one day, I was like, "Oh my God, I think this is the spot for it," and I absolutely love it. So anyway, I was getting some compliments about it on social media, and I just, I appreciate the love I get all giddy about it every time I see it.
So anyway, yeah. Happy fall. I am so anticipating the fall weather, which we already started to get, but this week in San Diego, California, the temperature is hitting, even at the coast, okay, even along the beaches, it hit 100 degrees Fahrenheit. So it's like 100 plus throughout the entire county and it's just freaking crazy, so anyway.
This [00:01:00] episode is dedicated to the overall topic of cyclical living and how it can be integrated into business. When I hosted the fall equinox ceremony and I was asking the attendees... By the way, thank you so much if you came.
Wow, it was a really magical time. I had a blast, and it was so cool to hear about their experience, and to notice people that were surprised about it. Like, some people, they've never been in ceremony before. Some people were kinda aware of cyclical, like, th- they're, they know of it, but they don't really know about it, right?
Let alone know how to, like, integrate it into business and life. So I was like, you know what? I need to just dive in to this topic on the podcast and just share it as much as possible. So anyway, yes, and maybe some of you are familiar with the term cycle syncing, especially for female bodies, where the menstrual cycle is more of like a strategy on how [00:02:00] to run business and life, which definitely plays a big part of cyclical living, but it's not the only thing.
And I don't wanna box everyone in or even make this only available to female bodies because cyclical living as a whole is related to all of nature, male and female.
So even if you are male and you are intrigued with cyclical living, I love that. Welcome! Thank you for being here because this is essential and applicable for everyone. It truly is, and especially for, like, the opposite sex, right? Even in the homeschool with my daughter, I'm actually bringing in female development as one of our curriculums that her and I study together. And she was asking like, "Wait, am, are we gonna study like the male parts?" And I was like, "Well, eventually, yes. Like, not right now." Like, we are just now starting to talk about the female body and all the changes and everything that she's starting to go through.
I'm like, "But maybe next year for like fifth grade, [00:03:00] we'll probably start talking about the male parts." And she was just like, "But why?" I'm like, "Well, you know, they also learn, and it is important for them to learn about the female parts. So we need to learn about each other." And she was just like, "What?" I'm like, "Yeah, because it's so important and also humanizing.
We rehumanize each other by learning about each other and better understanding one another, what we go through and when we go through it, and, you know, just being more in touch with and considerate of one another." And I cannot wait to be in a relationship with someone, a male in particular, who is considerate and knowledgeable and empathetic with the female menstrual cycle.
And like knows how to take care of them and what's happening phase to phase and how to treat them and all this stuff. I'm just like, one day that's gonna be amazing. But yeah, This is something [00:04:00] that I feel like has been such a revolutionary topic
When I first started learning about cyclical living, it was much later in life. Like, this was, gosh, five years ago, I think? Going on six years? Yeah. And it's interesting to talk about the, you know, sex development, right? The organs and what's happening on a biological level and all of that for each human, and especially, like, females that I'm now talking to my daughter about.
Yet it's so much more than that, and I feel like when we really start to look at the pattern, the rhythm, and the beginning, middle, end, and beyond phases of these cycles in our life, in nature, in projects, in business, It really helps me to feel so much more connected and integrated as part of a whole in this life that we all share [00:05:00] together.
On planet Earth, as earthlings, right? And I feel like it's just, as I was saying, rehumanizing and building a deeper relationship with ourself, relationship with each other, relationship with nature and Mother Earth as a whole, and in relationship with various cycles throughout our lives and projects and experiences that we go through.
So I started learning about cyclical living, like I said, five or six years ago now, by reading the book Do Less by Kate Northrup. And shout out to Kate, thank you so much for putting all that work together and sharing it with the world, because it's really the first time that I learned how to manage myself and my productivity in terms of business and motherhood and all this stuff.
And even though a couple years before then was like the first time I really started tracking my cycle because, ah, I had gotten off of birth control for the first ti- like I had [00:06:00] been on it for 13 years, and I got off of birth control.
I decided to start tracking, you know, with a cycle tracker app, and that's when I really started to learn about the different phases. It wasn't just when I'm on my period and when I'm off my period. It was like, oh, okay, like there's, And it wasn't even the four phases, it was just when I'm bleeding or when I'm fertile, and like when to, you know, be overly protective of myself within that window.
Because I had been on birth control, when I got off it, my cycle was irregular. It was so hard to track. It was all over the place. I didn't really know when I was actually fertile and non-fertile, and then boom, you know, I'm, I'm a mom.
So yes we're gonna get into the details. So cyclical living is the practice and lifestyle of navigating our lives with nature's rhythm related to the Earth seasons. Spring, summer, autumn, winter. [00:07:00] Related to the lunar phases of waxing, the first quarter, full moon, waning, last quarter, and the new moon. Related to the solar phases, which happens on a 24-hour cycle, which is correlated to a male's hormonal cycle that is on a 24-hour cycle. So the solar phases is sunrise, high noon, sunset, and the midnight hour.
Then we have the menstrual cycle of a female body that goes from the follicular phase, ovulation phase, follicular phase, and the menstrual phase, the bleed. Then related to the circadian cycle, which is also related to the male hormonal phases, right? So they do have hormonal phases, but it's on a [00:08:00] 24-hour cycle.
For the menstrual cycle, the female hormonal phases cycle through a 28-day cycle related to the moon. So it's why you may hear women say, "Oh, I'm on my moon cycle." The female hormonal cycle is in alignment, in sync with the lunar cycle, and then the male hormonal cycle is a 24-hour cycle in relation to a circadian cycle, circadian rhythm, that is like a solar cycle of a 24-hour period.
And related to a life cycle, right? Not just human life, but all life, even plants, animals. So there is the seed, right? The egg, seed, there's a fertilization, and then comes the development. So if we were to relate it to a human cycle, right, there's the conception, and then there's birth, there's life, there's death. [00:09:00] And for some that believe in reincarnation, rebirth.
As well as related to the phases of a project, right? Let's talk about online business. So typically, when we're selling something, we want to do some type of a launch to even if it's a soft launch or whatever, there is that process of like, "Okay, I'm ready to offer up this particular service or this particular product", and you start the brainstorming phases.
You're planning the dates. What are you gonna do? What is it about? All this stuff, and then you go to present it out. And you do the launch, you make the offer, and you may sell, and then after that, there is the transitional period of after the offering, then is the integrative phase, tying up the loose ends completing it,
Also, there's the evaluation phase, right? Looking back, what worked? What didn't work? What were like the biggest breakthroughs that you had, and how are you gonna do things differently. And then once [00:10:00] that happens, then you are able to either have a completely, rest period, then eventually you'll start up again into another project,
or a second, third, fourth, fifth iteration of that same project. And this is also related to mundane occurrences, okay? There's even, let's say, this my ring light here, right? We're gonna start with it off. Now I wish to have it on. There's the process of turning on the light. The light is on.
Turning off the light. The light is off. Yeah? Sometimes I like to do this with a candle too, but it could be, gosh, with everything. And so with that in mind, right? Cyclical living being a practice and lifestyle of navigating our lives with nature's rhythm related to the earth seasons, the lunar phases, the solar phases, the menstrual cycle, the [00:11:00] circadian cycle, a life cycle, as well as a project and mundane occurrences.
This is our chance to be mindful and considerate with our personal schedule, our family schedule, our work schedule, in relation to working with or against the various micro and macro phases of life and nature. Yeah, so then we... Once we build awareness of all of these cycles and how it affects everyone involved, we can then choose to be mindful and considerate with that in mind to then plan our lives in relation to that.
And something else to consider too is viewing life experiences as a spiral rather than a circle. Where the spiral, there is like a 3D dimension to it versus a circle [00:12:00] that could be two-dimensional, right? A lot of the times, and maybe you've experienced this too, where you will revisit similar themes or life challenges, lessons, right?
And you may think to yourself, "Shoot," especially if, you know, you're more of a conscious person and you do personal development and you're healing, right? You're wanting to evolve as a person. Typically, when a similar or historic Theme or challenge, a lesson that has presented itself before and you're noticing the pattern of it and you say, "Man, I thought I already dealt with this.
Like, oh my God, this is back again? Like, I thought, I thought I was done with this." So that particular perspective is viewing that as a circle, which is more two-dimensional. It feels like you're just looping in the same old track over and [00:13:00] over and over again, and it feels like you're failing or you're regressing.
But in terms of cyclical living and things moving ahead in a way where you are revisiting particular themes or challenges, right, life lessons from a different perspective. 'Cause you weren't even the same person that you are now compared to when you started listening to this podcast episode. Each and every moment we are changing, we are growing, we are developing.
And so the more that we develop and grow, especially when we're conscious and we're being self-aware, right, and actually taking action to change something, anything really, you are returning to that particular thing at a greater level of maturity, no matter how big or small, right? Like, there is a different level of maturity or higher awareness [00:14:00] of that particular theme or challenge lesson that keeps cycling back into your life.
And so instead of thinking of a two-dimensional circle where you feel like, "Ah, like I can't get out of this," it's not that you're regressing or you haven't had any progress. You are different from when you last had that experience, right? And so it's really a spiral that is traveling through space.
Sometimes... You know what was wild to me? Was when I realized, and this was only like, I don't know, two, three years ago, when we think of our solar system, usually, you know, when we're learning about it, you, you, you see the, the, the circle, right, that the planets orbit. And it looks like a two-dimensional plane that it's orbiting, but our entire solar system is spinning, but it's move- It's [00:15:00] spinning through space.
And I was like, whoa. Like that is so interesting in our galaxy, right? That our solar system is traveling around, like it- the solar system is intact in its orbit, but it's traveling in the greater vortex of the galaxy, which you might have already known. Now, you know, I'm like, "Well, duh." But that image, right?
It's not just the solar system stagnant circling around the same space. It's constantly moving throughout the universe and in our galaxy, and our galaxy is also traveling beyond. So I just want to bring this up and remind you that if you happen to be visiting, revisiting, recycling through similar themes, challenges, or lessons, and you catch yourself saying, "Man, I thought I already like [00:16:00] worked on this", yes, you did.
Just know that you're going deeper, right? You're, you're now getting to learn more about yourself at a greater level of maturity and higher awareness to yeah, continue on with that.
Anyway, so all of this information and awareness about cyclical living is for the purpose of cultivating a more harmonious and conducive life, and that is my favorite part.
It's just, oh, God, it feels so good to think about. And when I started really applying this to my life and business, oh, it's like soothing balm, honestly. And even though it felt revolutionary at the time, it is not new. Because our ancestors all across the Earth survived. We are only able to exist here as a species today, right now, is because our [00:17:00] ancestors applied cyclical living in order to survive,
Think about it, our ancestors survived by eating, right? That's one of the ways. And so in order to grow the food to feed themselves, feed their families, feed their communities, society, right? Depending on how big of a society that they lived in, they needed to know how to grow food with the seed, with tending to it, harvesting it, resetting the soil, getting ready for the next seasonal year, right?
And so they paid attention to nature. They paid attention to the seasons. They paid attention to the cycles of the crops and when they are blooming at what time of year.
So not just in relation for them only to survive, but they cared so much about cyclical living that they built mega landmarks to honor and celebrate different times of [00:18:00] the year, right? Like for example, Chichen Itza, they built the Mayan pyramid where, I wish I remembered the name, but there was a particular...
Is it a, the sun god? The feathered serpent, right? A, a part of the pyramid, they built a snake and the head of the snake is at the foot of the pyramid. And is it the solstice? It may be the solstice or equinox. Excuse me for not remembering. But one of those mega seasonal thresholds where the sun rises is perfectly aligned to the pyramid where the shadow of the edge of the point of one pyramid casts a shadow and when the sun rises, it looks like the snake is slithering down the steps of that pyramid.
And so you see this all across the world where not only did they just survive and get by, but they celebrate it. This is r- revered amongst massive traditional cultures. So this ancient [00:19:00] tradition is literally in our bones. Cyclical living is part of our intelligent, embodied makeup. And so when I first learned about it, I was like, "Oh my God, this feels so natural.
This feels so good." Right? Like I said, it's like soothing balm. It's nourishing for me 'cause it feels like I'm not trying to exploit myself at every cost, which is what our modern society has been having us be conditioned to. And it's so interesting where we are pressuring ourselves, and we're forcing ourselves, right?
Exploiting ourselves to a certain extent that we've, we're stressed out, we're burnt out, we're overriding our own boundaries. And it's like, yeah, because It's not natural order. We are out of natural order. And so to come back into that cyclical way of living is ancient wisdom, ancient practice, and tradition that stands the test of time.
So the reason that I love [00:20:00] integrating this into business and life is because cyclical living is the most effective way to sustainably grow your business without forcing productivity all the time, without bypassing your needs or burning yourself out.
As business owners, coaches, or aspiring entrepreneurs, this is how we can practice recentering our health, our wellbeing, and values so that we develop relationships that are beneficial to all involved. This makes me think of when I first started my cleaning business, and I was taking on any freaking client, right? And I was, like, trying to tailor everything to their needs, their wants and wishes, and I would, like, maybe if there was, like, an eight-hour service, and I wouldn't divide it up into two days,
Because they want it done at a certain time, and I would just try to override my own capacity to meet the needs of that client. Like, [00:21:00] that is not conducive, right? That's not sustainable. That will lead to burnout. And so I gotta also think about myself. What can I manage? "Okay, you know what? Hey, is it possible if we break this up into two services where I can come for four hours this day, come for four hours that day?"
Like, how can we make this work, so that it is omni-benefit for all involved. It's a win-win-win situation, or also creating or running your business in a way that is only beneficial to you, I know for me I was going about, like, online business and entrepreneurship where I was so focused in on the money, the money, and how many likes to this, and how many people subscribe to that, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Like being so overly focused on what I'm getting out of it and getting lost in the results of what is beneficial to me, but not so focused on the quality of the service that I'm providing. You know what I [00:22:00] mean? 'Cause I've been told again and again from various mentors that it's not about the money. The money is a byproduct to the value, the impact that you make in people's lives.
So if you were to just focus on the service, on helping people, that the money will follow. The engagement, sometimes the vanity metrics of how many views and likes and... sometimes it's not correlated to the sales. There could be people on social media with thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of followers, but they're not really good at selling, right?
Like, just because you have a certain metric doesn't necessarily mean that you're making, a certain amount of money. I've seen people with very, you know, couple thousand followers making good money. So i- i- some of these things that we think that we have to put our focus on is actually not what matters, [00:23:00] okay?
So being of service and having that benefit for everyone involved to be taken care of, to be considered, and all of that, and valued, like, that's really where it's at.
And another thing that I really wanna share here about cyclical living for sustainable business is that it is done with the intent to be resourceful while taking care of your commitments. So this isn't just about doing less, even though, like, I appreciate the concept of that, right? Sometimes it is essential to do less in order to be able to scale things, in order to be able to delegate out
so that you have way more of the capacity, energy, and zone of genius to do what you're really meant to do to make the greatest impact. What I'm saying is this isn't about just doing as little as possible when we [00:24:00] have responsibilities, when we have deadlines and events that may still be something that we want to commit to,
that we are still deciding to show up for. This is about staying connected with yourself, with spirit, right? God, universe, however you see the one who created you, and with nature, so that you can discern what is needed and how to handle it in a sustainable and nourishing way.
Because, like, especially for myself as a single parent, as a homeschooler, and now I'm running two businesses officially I have a lot on my plate. Things need to get done. Like, when my daughter comes home with math homework and it needs to be turned in two days from then, like, we gotta get it done, even when I don't feel like it, right? This isn't about doing things when I feel like it. No, it's about, okay, where am I at now? How do I feel? Where am I in my [00:25:00] menstrual cycle,
look up that cycle tracker app. If you're in a male body, like, notice the moon. Notice this phase in which the project you're working on is in, right? Is, is it in... Like, you've already did the project and then now you're in between projects. Have you done that evaluation phase, right?
Or for some people, when they get really excited to start something, but maybe fear is holding them back, and it's like they- they're just hesitating to get into that spring phase, right? Sometimes it's so easy to start, get started going, going, and right when it's that at bat moment, when it's time to really take that shot and do the thing, you buckle somehow, some way, right?
The nervous system, like, shuts down in some way. Like, there's certain things, habits, tendencies that shows up in our businesses in each and every phase, and when we become aware of what our patterns are, then we can start to build [00:26:00] choices of like, how am I going to navigate this? How can I best support myself and handle it in a sustainable and nourishing way?
That is huge, and that is why I always bring in embodiment practices, trauma awareness, nervous system regulation, right? Like, there are so many different ways to navigate ourselves as we enter in different phases, depending on what our tendencies are.
And this is one of my favorite parts of cyclical living. It's that sustainability means doing something in a way that can continue over time without running out of resources or causing damage. And I even looked up the definition of this, okay, and that's what it is. Sustainability means doing something in a way that can continue over time without running out of resources or causing damage.
And that last piece right there, causing damage, is everything to me. Because a lot of times we feel like we have to [00:27:00] sacrifice our health and wellbeing, right? We have to sacrifice and put on the back burner our health and wellbeing or our times with our families, right? And I'm... and,
And I can get how conflicting that can be because especially relating to this myself as a single parent, homeschooling, running business, and also I have a huge family. I've got very close friends that I love to keep in touch with. And you know that phrase that people will say, like, "Oh my God, how do you do it all?"
And the thing is, I don't. I don't do it all. I mean, yeah, I try, but when I'm juggling, I can only juggle so many balls, right? By myself. There's only so much I can juggle by myself, and at some point, a ball gets dropped. At some point, I miss a family event. At some point, I can't go do X, Y, and Z. Some point, I put off recording my podcast episode because holy shit, I need a nap.
Like, that's all I can [00:28:00] manage right now, right? And that's okay. That's the thing, like, that's, that's... We gotta be able to do things in a sustainable way so that we can meet our needs phase by phase, depending on what's happening in our lives.
Or like I just saw a post in a Facebook. Actually, it's such a good post. I'm literally gonna record a whole episode on it. It had to do with someone who was pregnant and had plans to like build up certain funnels so that when she had the baby, something in her business can just be running on autopilot, but she hadn't built it yet, and she's like, "I ran out of time."
And she's realizing that, you know, like her business has stepped into a different phase because her life, her body is in a different phase, and she's having a hard time grappling with that. And so anyway, I'm gonna dedicate a whole-- Because I can, I can talk a whole lot about that 'cause it's very often.
You know, I had this ex- same experience just like three months [00:29:00] ago when I moved homes, and I couldn't even do my cleaning business. I couldn't do anything in the coaching business. I couldn't do anything in the cleaning business, and I even dropped some balls on that that I had to pick up later, you know?
And it's like, man, you know, sometimes we just gotta give ourself some grace, right? And also put in systems, hire a virtual assistant, delegate, right? There's other things that we can do to become resourceful, so that we don't run out of resources, and we don't cause harm onto ourselves and other people.
And something that I feel like is so unique in the way that I love to approach, the way in which I work with people, work with entrepreneurs, business owners, coaches, healers in their service-based businesses, is that I love to integrate ritual and ceremony because it is an intentional mark of the moments of transitions, beginnings, endings, celebrations, and seasons of our lives [00:30:00] that we don't pass by,
so that we don't miss truly experiencing them. And that's something like initiation culture, I feel like is a bit lost in our modern society. And, you know, there's weddings, there's baptism, there's graduation ceremonies, right? Certain things in our modern society that we keep. But in terms of celebrating milestones in business and things like this, like even the micro celebrations, the micro rituals, the micro ceremony that really mark significance on these things so that they don't just get passed by.
'Cause it's so often that we are just on that hamster wheel constantly doing and doing and going and going, and it can get exhausting. And it's like, "Wait, why? What am I doing this for?" Like, am I even going in the right direction, sometimes checking in, and that's what the fall equinox is all about.
It's like, okay, this is what's happened so far. We give thanks and [00:31:00] praises for what we have. And also, there's some things that didn't make it since January or since spring equinox, right? And like, okay, let's just let that go and say goodbye. And also, what's almost there? What can we commit to? You know what?
I'm so close to this. Oh my God, this is like the tail end of it. Let me just recommit myself and have that moment, between you and God, you and the spirit of your business, the essence of your business to be like, "All right. I am wholeheartedly, intentionally recommitting to this thing so that I can see it through in a mindful and intentional way," and going from there to honor the sacredness and the significance of that particular thing,
what we are devoting ourselves to and those milestones that we cross. So spirit and strategy do not have to compete with each other. For so long, I felt like I was living two different lives where I'm like, I'm a ritualist, a [00:32:00] ceremonial facilitator, and like I have my spiritual stuff with the moon cycle, and I do my thing, right?
And I have a whole altar set up. And then I have my business and like, "Okay, I gotta go do this thing." And it's so often, more often than not, that I over prioritize my business, and then I stop visiting my altar, or I stop doing my yoga, I stop praying and giving thanks every single day. And it's like, whoa, wait a minute.
We do not have to pick one or the other. This is not a either/or kind of lifestyle, okay? You can opt out of having to pick and choose because spiritual connection and energy work can deepen the discernment behind how you use strategy in business, okay? Both are needed and valuable, and when you are continuing to stay connected to yourself, your intuition, and that dharma, that your higher self, your, you know, connection with [00:33:00] God has led you through,
and you feel like, okay, this business, like this is who I really work with, the business owners where you're like, "This is what I'm meant to do. This is what I'm called to do." Okay, this isn't just like selling freaking iPhone cases, right? And hey, not to bash on the people that do that, there's, there are people that are meant to clean homes, and they love it.
They're so happy. And for a period of time, I was just like, "Oh, thank God, I can do this. I love, you know, doing my own thing and also building my own cleaning business." I was like, "Yes," like, "Okay, cool." And then I started to evolve again, and now I'm like, all right, like this is what I'm really called to do, and it just so happens that it's scarier.
It just so happens that I'm like, ah, like shaking in my boots. But typically, when it's scarier and it makes you even more nervous, and all of your insecurities and different things are coming up, that is your opportunity to do battle with [00:34:00] fear. That is your opportunity to show up in the face of fear and say, "You know what, God, higher self?
I know I'm meant to do this, and I'm meant to walk this path, so please be with me. Guide me. Lead me through my heart so that I can just show up and serve with courage and with a knowing that I am here to do what I'm meant to do on this earth and in this lifetime." And so I always say spirit and strategy are meant to come together, and that is why I integrate ritual and ceremony throughout business and the way that I serve my clients.
So if you are interested in having this type of practice, I now have a membership, whoop, whoop, the Cyclical Entrepreneur Circle.
Super excited and so happy to be offering this. It is a ceremonial new moon and full moon membership for entrepreneurs who want to sustainably grow their business by reconnecting with themselves and spirit, by honoring their natural rhythms, and intentionally [00:35:00] working with their energy as they decondition out of forced productivity, bypassing their needs, and burning themselves out.
'Cause there is a way out of it, and I would love to be there for you to, Show up and pray. You know what I mean? And like, whenever I find myself in a really tough situation, or even if I'm like, "Hmm, I'm not sure about this," like I need to sit with this, I sit at my altar. I give an offering. I talk with myself and God, right?
And I'm just like, "Okay, this is where I'm at. This is what I'm doing. And I'm not sure where to go from here." Like, I'm always wanting to connect with my higher self in relation to business so that I feel like it's in a more mindful and intentional way. So inside of the Cyclical Entrepreneur Circle, there are moon ceremonies to reconnect, receive, reflect, and intentionally move forward.
So we gather twice each lunar cycle to [00:36:00] step out of the hustle, right? And to reconnect with yourself and spirit to release what needs to be released, to celebrate what's meant to be celebrated, to get clarity, ask for support, and intentionally meet what comes next. And within these ceremonies, I always pay attention to the lunar phases, of course, the astrological crossings that are happening and the seasonal wisdom that we are in at the time of that ceremony.
So this is to better understand what's happening and what's at the collective play so that you can explore a cyclical lens to help you honor what's changing, in the energy, in your creativity, in your capacity, and being aware of your needs at that time so that you are not trying to force yourself and hold some kind of expectation to operate the same exact way all of the time.
It's like, no, like there's different... You know, the weather report is just like, "Dude, [00:37:00] this is what's happening right now," and like, how can we best support ourselves. And of course, we integrate it into business where we bring what you receive within the ceremony back into your actual business so that you can turn the reflection, the guidance, the awareness into intentional choices about your energy and your priorities and responsibilities
so that the actions that you take feel most aligned. And of course, inside the Cyclical Entrepreneur Circle, there is a members-only community, That it's, it's similar to social media. I, I host my website and everything in Kajabi, and they have their own app, so you can get out of the distraction of social media if you do not want to be, you know...
Like, if you have a strict rule or anything, boundaries for yourself, I totally honor and respect that. But there is a separate app that we have for members-only community to practice a different way of growing alongside entrepreneurs who get it, and we can just continue chatting. [00:38:00] I also love to do posts of every quarter moon.
So, like, the first quarter and the last quarter, I give a little update on that in between the ceremonies. And yeah, this is just a place for us to connect and reflect, celebrate, and be supported by a community of entrepreneurs learning to grow sustainably without continuing to abandon ourselves along the way.
And even if that does happen, 'cause I mean, hey, we're human. We're not perfect. Things happen, right? Or we intentionally choose, "Hey, you know what? I understand that I said I was gonna go to bed at a certain hour, but this week I'm launching, and I need to get some stuff done." So, like, you know what I mean?
It's like we can come to that members-only community and share to people that get it. You know? Like, man, I will always be in group coaching programs because I need to be connected, and I need to be able to reach out to people that just get it. And for those of us that are even, even more of a smaller pool of business owners that [00:39:00] are mindful and care about their spiritual practice and like, "Okay, like, how can I further weave this into my business?"
Because, you know, business and life are not separate, right? And we want to build that harmonious relationship with our business and life. So I just want you to know that the moon ceremonies and the community is available right now to founding members for just $18 and 88 cents per month.
So $18.88 per month, and as long as you remain an active member within the founding member period, even as I start to grow the membership and start adding on things and the rate continues to rise, you will always keep that founding member rate, okay?
And I want you to know that this membership is no long-term contract. You can enter in and out at any given point in time. Just know that within the founding member window, it is set at $18.88, but once I start to increase the rate, if you leave outside of that founding member window, when you return again, it will be at the [00:40:00] new rate.
That's the only thing, okay? There's no long-term contract. You can cancel any time. I really want this to be something in your life where it is of service to you when you actually need it, and when it's time for you to step out and move on to something else, like, you can do that at any point. But just know that about the founding member rate, okay?
